Polyurethane Waterproof #WHITE 1GL TOA

TOA PU Waterproof is an elastic waterproofing membrane, single component of water based polyurethane. 100% waterproofing, highly flexible, elongation up to 800%, good UV resistance, harsh weather tolerance and abrasion resistance from traffic. Used to prevent leakage, solve cracks on concrete caused by rapid change of temperature.

• Concrete roof deck.
• Terraces, balconies and wet area.
• Asbestos roof tile.

• Stir well before use, especially tinted.
• If the Roof slab, mix TOA PU Waterproof with clean water in the ratio of 3:1 and apply as the primary coat, leave it dry for 1 - 2 hours approximately.
• Apply 1st coat of TOA PU Waterproof (do not add water) at a rate of 0.7 Kg / m2 then leave it dry for 2 - 4 hours approximately.
• Reinforce with TOA Fiber Mesh to improve adhesion and prevent cracks after applying 1st coat immediately and press against the surface.
• Apply 2nd coat and 3rd coat (do not add water) at a rate of 0.7 Kg / m2, leave to dry 2 - 4 hours in each coat.
