Mapefill 318 အား High Strength Cement , Aggregate , Expansion Agent တို့ဖြင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ပြီး အထူးထုတ်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။Mapefill 318 ၏ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ
- ရေအလွယ်တကူစိမ့်မဝင်နိုင်ပါ။
- Steel နှင့် ကွန်ကရစ်တို့တွင် စွဲကပ်မှုကောင်းမွန်စေပါသည်။
- High Strength Cementitious Grout ဖြစ်ပြီး ကွန်ကရစ်များကဲ့သို့ Shrinkage လည်းမရှိပါ။
- ကွန်ကရစ် Void များအားပြုပြင်ခြင်း
- ကွန်ကရစ် ပျက်စီးမှုများအား Formwork ဆင်ပြီး Pressure Grouting Method ဖြင့်ပြုပြင်ခြင်း
- HoneyComb များကို ပြုပြင်ခြင်း
- Bearing Seat အောက်ခြေနှင့် Base Plate အောက်ခြေများ ဖြည့်ခြင်:
- Beam & Column Member တို့၏ Size ကို တိုးခြင်းများတွင် Non-Shrinkage Cementitious Grout ဖြစ်သော Mapefill 318 ကို အသုံးပြုပေးနိုင်သည်။
အသုံးပြုလိုသော အနေအထားအပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး Mapefill 318 အား အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ရေဖြင့်ရောစပ်၍အသုံးပြုပေးရပါမည်။
- For Trawlable Mix – 3.25 liter to 3.75 liter
- For Pourable Mix – 3.75 liter to 4.25 liter
- For Flowable mix – 4.25 liter to 4.75 liter
